LLM-proposed trading hypotheses accumulated from signal reviews + trade evidence. Only hypotheses passing the evidence gate (knowledge_min_evidence) become ACTIVE and influence scoring. This is the anti-overfitting layer — knowledge is mechanism-level, not symbol-specific.
